KENCES Constructions Private Ltd., was established in the year 1992, at Chennai, by the passion incarnate – Shri K. Narasa Reddy. With his hands on experience and knowledge gained over the years, his commerce graduation had not hindered him to begin his venture in Construction Industry. He stepped into the industry with a boom by constructing 300 apartments at the oldest, established and prime location of USMAN ROAD, T.NAGAR in Chennai as his maiden project in the yester years of 1994 when only a handful could dare to embark upon this stature of a project.
